Hi, I’m Jason Fearnow.
A seasoned professional with over two decades of dedicated experience in the mining and metals industry. With a keen emphasis on commercial strategy, planning, resource allocation, and adept management of both prime and sub-tier contracting resources on mega projects, mid-sized endeavors, and sustaining capital projects alike.
My experience spans the spectrum of full-service contracting paradigms, including EPC, EPCM, design-build, and hybrid prime contracting approaches - overseeing negotiations totaling beyond $50 billion to date.
Beyond my professional accomplishments, I've impacted the trajectories of over a hundred consultants and business professionals, assuming the role of a coach. Through our work together, clients just like you discover and unleash their latent superpowers, while experiencing personal and professional transformations.
As a coach, it's my job to tell you what nobody else is willing to say, and to see things you wouldn't have otherwise seen yourself!
